SAMANTA JAVIER MONROY
Samanta Javier Monroy serves as an Administrative Assistant at MUNA International. She is responsible for managing the Sunshine Scholarship Fund and overseeing the local receipt and distribution of donations. Originally from Paraíso, Tabasco, Mexico, Samanta arrived in Honduras on February 27, 2022, and began her work with MUNA International on March 1, 2022.

ILZA ANADOLIS
Ilza Anadolis, currently residing in Texas, volunteered for two to three months to support the reconstruction of Sunshine Christian Bilingual School following the damage caused by Hurricanes Eta and Iota in 2020. She was responsible for overseeing and ensuring the completion of various restoration projects. Among her contributions were the organization of the chemistry lab, supervision of electrical wiring, and coordination of cleaning processes—all of which were essential in helping restore a safe and functional learning environment.

DANIEL BATES
Daniel Bates is from Long Beach, California, USA. He recently graduated from Azusa Pacific University with his B.A. in Communication. He emphasized in Interpersonal and Organizational communication, and it shows in his dedicated work to connecting with students. During his time at Azusa Pacific University, Daniel worked in the Discipleship Ministry office, where he trained leaders and developed curriculum, personalized for small groups on campus. Daniel has worked with students of all backgrounds, making him a diverse resource for our team. Prior to joining USC College Prep, Santa Ana, Daniel worked for the Salvation Army, Boys & Girls Club of America, and AVID, giving him a well-rounded perspective around engaging with students in different aspects of education and personal development. Daniel spent the 2016-17 year as a Founding Team Member of USC College Prep, Santa Ana as the Dean of Culture Assistant and Technology Coordinator. Daniel currently joined our volunteer program and works as a Computer Teacher/Technician Assistant at Sunshine School in La Lima. Daniel also serves at MUNA in different capacities. He is translating books from Spanish to English in our Communications department. He also serves in two worship teams, IPV El Progreso, as well as Honda & Piedra, playing piano and bass. Daniel will be here for a period of 1 year planning to grow in the Lord.

JUSTIN HERNANDEZ
Justin is originally from Los Ángeles, California. Justin joined our team on August 1, 2016 to work as an assistant in CEDIN for one year. He is also serving in the Hefzi-Bá Children’s Meal Center, and works in translating books from spanish to english in the Communications’ Department. He helps in MUNA’s administration office and is enrolled in various church activities such as the youth praise and worship team, the youth prophetic and prayer team, musicals, and dance. His expectations are to be trained in his God-given gifts and to deepen his relationship with the Lord, so he can return to Los Ángeles in greater spiritual maturity.

HYDEE HERNANDEZ
Hydee Is originally from Los Ángeles, California. On January 9, 2016, Hydee joined Sunshine Christian Bilingual Institute for a 3-month stint as an 8th and 9th grade English teacher. She also served in the church praise and worship team, as her greatest expectation was to grow in the Lord while in Honduras.
HADASSAH CHOE
Hadassa is originally from Belize and joined our team on December 28, 2015. She’s an Elementary school teacher in her native country, and will volunteer for MUNA for 6 months, serving in the Communications’ Department and as the 3rd grade guide teacher in Shunshine Christian Bilingual School. She is also member of MUNA’s Praise and Worship team, Honda&Piedra.
ALMA FALCONI
Alma is originally from Tabasco, Mexico. She graduated in Pedagogy and is currently studying Bachelor of Childcare. She joined MUNA’s team in August 2015 and will be working as an assistant in CEDIN for 1 year. Alma wants to learn about the restoration of the arts in worship, for which she is enrolled as a student of “Creative Dance” in Adoremos School of Arts.

JOANNA AND EDUARDO HIDALGO
Joanna y Eduardo Hidalgo are from Tabasco, México. They joined our team on August 4, 2014 and will be working at Sunshine School; Joanna as an assistant Spanish Teacher and Eduardo as a Computer Technician and Teacher. They are Married and have two beautiful children, Grace and Jeremías. Eduardo is also working for the MUNA Comunications Department, as Graphic Designer and Web Master for MUNA International. Besides, he is serving in MUNA´s Praise and Worship Team.

STEPHANY ESPAT
Stephany is originally from San Ignacio, Cayo, Belize and joined our team on October 17, 2014. She will be volunteering at Sunshine School for nine months, as an assistant to the second grade Teacher. Stephany came to us with the desire to learn about the Prophetic Ministry. She is also serving in the Praise and Worship Team at MUNA. Besides, she is enrolled as a student in the School of Arts “Adoremos” in La Lima.

She is originally from Argentina. She volunteered for MUNA in July 2013. She worked in Sunshine in the Administration Department as an assistant and for the MUNA’s Operation Department. She is enrolled as a student in the School of Arts “Adoremos” in La Lima.
WENDY SANCHEZ
Wendy Sánchez is from Los Angeles, California, USA. She volunteered for MUNA in July 2013. She worked as a Sunshine guide teacher in 3rd grade and for the MUNA Communications’ Department. She served in MUNA’s Praise and Worship team.
KATIE BISHOP
Katie Bishop, a missionary at heart from the United States, served as a 2nd-grade assistant at Sunshine Christian Bilingual School during the 2013–2014 academic year. In addition to her role in the classroom, she provided valuable support in the school library and actively contributed to the development of the Learning Resource Center (LRC), enriching the educational experience for both students and staff.

INA LITMA
Ina Litma, originally from Finland, served as a volunteer at Sunshine Christian Bilingual School, where she assisted in English classes, supported activities in the school library, and contributed to the Learning Resource Center (LRC). Beyond her academic involvement, Ina shared spiritual encouragement with students and staff through her kind presence, servant-hearted attitude, and consistent reflection of God’s love—leaving a lasting impact on the school community.

Audrey Marroquín, originally from California, USA, served as a 3rd-grade assistant at Sunshine Christian Bilingual School in 2005. During her time at the school, she provided valuable classroom support and contributed to the academic and spiritual development of the students.

MILLIE LOWE
Millie Lowe, originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, served as the 9th-grade homeroom teacher at Sunshine Christian Bilingual School during the 2000–2001 academic year. She led daily devotionals and taught English classes. During her time in Honduras, she lived in Bersheba, the residence provided by MUNA International for hosting international volunteers.
